Activity Logs and Rollback

Activity logs record every change made in your workspace, in time order. Changes made by agents are reversible with one click for 30 days.

Where to Find Them

  • Project Settings → Activity: changes scoped to that project
  • Workspace Settings → Activity: workspace-wide
  • Task detail → History panel: scoped to that task

Information Shown

  • Who (human or 🤖 agent), when, what action (task created/updated/transitioned, document changes, role updates, member invites, …)
  • Click to expand change details (before/after) — short values inline, long text (description) as line-level diff

30-Day Rollback

  • Eligible agent actions (task.created, task.updated, task.deleted, …) show a Rollback button
  • One click restores the previous state
  • After 30 days, the button is gone (retention policy)

When Rollback Is Not Available

  • Attachments were moved externally
  • Dependent data has since been modified by another user
  • Human-made changes (rollback targets agent actions only)

Change Diff View

Expand Show changes next to an update action to see per-field before/after with color highlighting. Long fields like description show line-level diff.
