Boards and Views

The same task data can be viewed in several ways. Pick what your team is used to, or switch as the situation demands.

Kanban Board

The default view. Workflow states become columns and cards stack inside them.

• Drag and drop: Move a card to another column to transition its status.
• Card content: Key, title, assignee, priority, and labels.
• 🤖 Badge: Cards created by agents carry a badge in the bottom right.

Backlog

A pool of tasks not yet assigned to any sprint.

• Drag to assign to a sprint
• Bulk edit priority and labels
• Filter by label, assignee, or epic

List

A table layout. Useful when you want to see many tasks at once and sort, filter, or bulk-edit.

Calendar

Month and week views based on due dates. Two-way sync with Google and Apple Calendar is available.

Timeline / Gantt

A schedule strip view at the sprint/epic level. Spot scheduling conflicts and dependencies at a glance.

Switching Views

Use the tabs at the top of the project page. Each view remembers your last filter and sort state.
