Team Documents

Team Documents is a Notion-like, block-based wiki for your workspace. Keep meeting notes, policies, and onboarding guides here.

Block Editor (BlockNote)

The body is composed of blocks. Each block can become a paragraph, heading, list, code block, image, table, and more.

  • Slash command: Type / to open the block menu.
  • Drag: Use the handle on the left of each block to reorder.
  • Selection shortcuts: Cmd+B (bold), Cmd+I (italic), Cmd+E (code).

Creating Documents

  • Click + New Document in the docs tree on the sidebar
  • Nest under folders by dragging
  • Star frequent docs to pin them to the top

Permissions

  • Workspace doc: every member can access (role permissions decide edit ability)
  • Project doc: only project members
  • Personal doc: only you — great for drafts, notes, and checklists

Mentions and Embeds

  • @user @role mentions trigger notifications
  • @task embeds a task card — clicking it opens the task detail
  • Pasting a URL auto-creates a link preview (for supported domains)

Versioning

  • Auto-save with version history
  • Compare any two versions in the side panel
  • Edits by an agent are marked 🤖
