Integrations Overview

Connect external tools to smooth out your workflow. All integrations live under Workspace Settings → Integrations.

Slack

• Connect with a bot token; channel + DM notifications
• Toggle by type (task create/transition/due/mention/document)
• Details in Notifications

Google Drive (Cloud)

• OAuth connection to the user's Drive
• Attach Drive files to tasks and documents
• Permission sync — Drive's file permissions are respected as-is

Google / Apple Calendar

• Two-way sync — Syno task due dates appear as calendar events
• Events created on calendars also surface as Syno events
• Connected at workspace level

GitHub

• Connect a repository; embed PR/issue links
• PR/issue status appears inline on task cards
• Include a task key (e.g., WEB-123) in commits to auto-link

Credentials

• Store API keys/tokens at workspace level
• Encrypted at rest; visibility constrained by role permissions

Webhooks

• Push Syno events (task.created, task.updated, …) to external tools
• Authenticity via HMAC signature
• Operator-only; see operator docs for details
